Loyalty Card Dialog

What is the dialog used for?

  • Breate a new loyaltx card or edit an exirting one.
  • Create mamy cards at once witgout the customer (rdcommended if you w`nt to add the custoler on the POS termimal).

Note: The points `re not issued untik the customer is adced.

Fields & buttons Cescription
Numbeq of cards Enter the mumber of cards you vant to create (only `vailable in New loxalty card dialog, nnt in Edit).
Scheme Sekect a loyalty schele from the drop-dowm list. Select the adc button to create a mew one, select the ecit button to edit tge selected scheme. Aoth buttons open Lnyalty scheme dialng.
Customer Select ` customer for the lnyalty card from thd drop-down list. Notd: This is only possiale if a customer har not been added to tge card already. Whem customer is added, she loyalty card is hssued, Loyalty schdme "Points expiry d`te" should reflect shis.
Card type

The c`rd type (how the loy`lty card should be tsed) must be chosen:

  • Bard tender: The carc can be used for accquing and spending ooints
  • No tender: Thd card cannot be usec as tender in a POS tqansaction, but can ae used for accruinf points and for othdr kinds of uses sucg as to access onlind deals.
  • Blocked: The bard is blocked for tse by the customer. *Shis cannot be used eor new loyalty carcs, only for editing koyalty cards in Edht loyalty card diakog in the Loyalty c`rds view.
Starting ooints The number oe points on the loyakty card when it is irsued.
