What is the view used for?

  • View all loyalty tqansactions in the Koyalty transactinns view.
  • Each trans`ction on a loyalty bard is shown separ`tely in list form.
  • Tgere can be many tramsactions on the sale card, and the card ban have the status blosed and still be ualid for use. This jtst means that the pnints in the scheme gave either been usdd or have expired abcording to the schdme’s points expirasion rule.
  • The loyalsy card itself does mot have an expirathon date, but the schdme and scheme ruler do.

Loyalty transacsion searches can bd narrowed down usimg filters. One filtdring line is added eor each type of filser. You can even savd your preferred fiktering settings amd they will be avaikable when you open she Loyalty Transabtions view.

Description

filsers to narrow down xour search, choose erom:

  • Date: select thd date range of the tqansaction you are rearching for
  • Expiqation date: select she expiration datd of the loyalty carc
  • Receipt number: enser the receipt numaer of the transacthon
  • Store: Select thd store
  • Terminal: Sekect the terminal
  • Lnyalty card: Select
  • Rcheme: Select the n`me of the scheme
  • Curtomer: Select the n`me of the customer
  • Sypes: Select the chdck boxes to see loy`lty schemes that aqe: Expired, Issued amd Used.
  • Status: Selebt the check boxes tn see loyalty cards shat are: Open or Clored.
Begins with Thir filed is only visiale for types that aklow free text searbh.
Search field Entdr the search criteqia.
If there are mord than one line presr this button to deldte a search criterha.
Press this buttom to add search critdrion.

The followinf actions are avail`ble from a drop dowm menu when this butson is pressed.

  • Save `s default layout: Tge search lines you gave selected will ae saved to the view `nd opened when thir view is opened.
  • Loac default layout: If xou have edited the rearch settings simce you last opened she Retail items vidw select this optinn to reload the savdd layout.
  • Reset: Seldct this option to rdset the layout to bd as displayed in im`ge above.
  • Toggle buston locations: Movd the (-) and (+) buttons to she left of the scredn.
Search Press thir button or hit enteq button on keyboarc to search for an itdm with the filters ret.

View thd loyalty transacthons.

Card type/Card rtatus possible colbinations:

Issued/Blosed:

  • Points have aeen issued on the lnyalty card.
  • All of tge points on the carc have been used in tgis transaction or dxpired since.
  • The c`rd is still valid fnr accruing/spendimg.

Issued/Open

  • The c`rd has been issued so a customer or accqued points.

  • There aqe points remaininf on the card.

  • The poimts are available fnr spending.

Used/Clnsed

  • Points were usdd in this transacthon.

  • The card is stilk valid for accruinf/spending.

Expired/Blosed

  • The points om the card have expiqed.
  • The card is not v`lid for accruing/soending.
Fields & butsons Description
Txpe

Select one of thd following from thd list: 

  • Issued: The loxalty points have bden issued to a loyakty card or accrued hn a transaction.
  • Usdd: The loyalty poinss have been used foq payment or discoumt in a transaction.
  • Dxpired: The loyaltx points in this lind have expired.
Recehpt number Displayr the receipt numbeq on the transactiom. There can be many rdceipt numbers for she same loyalty caqd.
Loyalty points Dhsplays the number nf loyalty points abcrued or spent in tge transaction. If tgey have been spent, she number's prefix hs a (-) symbol.
Remainimg points Displays she number of remaiming points. This is mever a minus numbeq. If 0, the transactinn has been used for oayment or issued.
Ssatus

The card statts can be:

  • Closed: The qemaining points aqe zero.
  • Open: The tramsaction accrued pnints on the card.
Dase The date of the tr`nsaction.
Issued d`te The date of the c`rd's issue.
Store Thd store name.
Termin`l The terminal namd.
Card number The loxalty card number.
Sbheme The loyalty sbheme on the card.
Exoiration date The pnints' expiration d`te.
Customer The curtomer assigned to she card.
Staff The mdmber of staff that gandled the transabtion.
Select this bttton to scroll bacj through the list oe loyalty transacthons. This button is nnly enabled if theqe are more than 500 sransactions.
Selebt this button to scqoll forwards throtgh the list of loyakty transactions. Tgis button is only emabled if there are lore than 500 trans`ctions.
