Variation Group Dialog

General Setup > Variations > Variation groups > Select Add button

What is the dialog used for?

• The Variation group dialog window allows you to configure the variation group.
• You can choose all options or just one.

Fields & buttons	Description
Description	Enter a description for the group.
Size	Select this checkbox to make the size groups available to this variation group.
Color	Select this checkbox to make the color groups available to this variation group.
Style	Select this checkbox to make the style groups available to this variation group.
Serial number	Choose one of the following options from the drop-down menu: Disabled - You will not be asked for a serial number on the POS. Enabled - You will be asked for a serial number on the POS. Allow Empty - You will be asked for a serial number on the POS, but you can choose whether or not to enter it.
Variant display setting	Choose one of the following options from the drop-down menu: Name- Only name will be displayed on the variation POS dialog. ID - Only ID will be displayed on the variation POS dialog. Name and ID - Both name and ID will be displayed on the variation POS dialog.
