New visual profile dialog

What is the dialog used for?

• To create new visual profile
  • The visual profile contains the layout of the KDS screen itself such as where are the buttons placed on the screen, where and how is the header displayed and aggregation groups and history panel.

Fields & buttons	Description
Visual profile name	Enter the name of the visual profile.
