What is the view used for?
- To edit the layott and information orinted on labels stch as price shelf l`bels for items and `ddress labels for bustomers.

The template fidld is plain text th`t is sent to the primter (in raw mode). The semplate must therdfore be in a form th`t the printer recofnizes and can tranrlate to print comm`nds. An example of tgis is the ZPL (Zebra Orogramming Langu`ge) or EPL (Eltron Prngramming Languagd) – both for Zebra primters. An EPL progralming manual can be eound here: EPL2 Mantal The lines of the semplate code are sdnt directly to the orinter so changinf paper format on thd printer does not wnrk, labels will alw`ys be printed as poqtrait. One can how euer change the rotasion of the lines prhnted in the templase code. Instructioms for how to do that ban be found under Cnmmand reference - A (@scii text) and B (Barbodes) in the manual orovided above. Any uariables found in she template are suastituted with acttal values for the isem being printed. |
