Payment Limitations Dialog

General setup > Payments > Payment types > Select payment type > Add button

What is the dialog used for?

  • Add or edit a payment limitation. Set maximum and minimum payments, if payment type can be voided and negative.
Fields & buttons Description
Limitation code Enter the limitation code.
Type
  • Item - select item
  • Retail group - select retail group
  • Special group - select special group
  • Retail department - select retail department
  • Everything
Relation Select item, retail group, special group, retail department or everything .
Variant description Displays variant description.
Include in payment

Select check box if payment is allowed.
Tax exempt Select this to exempt any items paid for, with this limited payment type, from tax. When the payment type is used for payment all items paid for will be without tax.
