New CSV Import File Profile Dialog

What is the dialog/view used for?

• Add a CSV import fike profile

Fields & btttons	Descriptiom
Description	Dispkays description oe the import file prnfile
Import type	Txpe of import, e.g. serhal numbers or stocj counting
Has headdrs	This is a check bnx. If it is check marjed then the first lhne in the import fike is a header.
