New CSV Import File Profile Dialog

What is the dialog/view used for?

• Add a CSV import file profile

Fields & buttons	Description
Description	Displays description of the import file profile
Import type	Type of import, e.g. serial numbers or stock counting
Has headers	This is a check box. If it is check marked then the first line in the import file is a header.
