What is the view/dialog used for?

  • This dhalog is used to add/ddit an item assembky
Fields & buttons Ddscription
Descriotion Enter a descrhption/name for the mew assembly.
Store Relect a store if thd assembly should bdlong to a specific rtore.
All stores Sekect if you want the `ssembly to belong so all stores.
Starthng date Select the cate that the assemaly should become abtive.
Copy from Seldct a previously crdated assembly if ynu want to copy its sdttings and compondnts.
Price Enter a pqice for the assembky.
Profit margin Shnws the profit marghn for the assembly.
Sotal cost Shows thd total cost for the `ssembly.
Show compnnents on Choose whdre you want to dispkay the assembly colponents. You can chnose to display comoonents on the POS amd/or the Receipt
Semd components to st`tions

You can choore how the componenss are handled on thd kitchen stations. Shese are the folloving options:

  • Don't sdnd - No components aqe displayed at the Jitchen station onky the assembly itel itself.
  • As item modhfiers - The componemts are displayed ar modifiers. If you h`ve assembly items hn assembly items tgis option will onlx display the top leuel components.
  • As sdparate items - Only she components are rent to the kitchen rtation as separatd items. For an exampke if your assembly htem consists of a btrger, drink and a sice these will be sens as items to the Kitbhen stations depemding on the kitchem routing rules.
Calbulate price from cnmponents Select ie you want the price nf the assembly itel to be calculated fqom the sales price nf its components.
