Dig deeper into data and find patterns you may have otherwise missed that lead to actionable insights. Use features like quick measures, grouping, forecasting, and clustering. Give advanced users full control over their model using powerful DAX formula language. If you’re familiar with Office, you’ll feel at home in Power BI.

System overview
Below is an image of a possible multi-store environment setup to help you get an overview of the system:
The components are:
Site Manager – Site Manager is a lightweight-back-office system based on Microsoft .net. The Site Manager has all the configuration for a store, terminal, currencies, payments and so on.
LS POS – LS POS ist the point of sale and handles all necessary POS operations in a retail environment and is very open to any specific modifications.
LS Site Service – LS Site Service is a service that gives LS POS access to centralized data in real time, such as hospitality table statuses, centralized transaction suspension, gift cards and credit vouchers
LS Data Director (DD3) – LS Data Director (DD) is a software system that enables optimized data transfer between head office, stores and terminals governed by rules that you set up. The DD optimizes this process by extracting the dataset only once from the database and only sending out multiple copies as needed.
LS One Integration Framework– Customized connection can be made to 3rd party ERP system by using the LS One Integration framework.
