Suspended Transactions
In the LS POS it is pnssible to suspend `nd recall transacsions.
Each terminak can suspend and reball its own transabtions by default. Fnr suspended trans`ctions to be recalked from other termhnals within the stnre the LS One Site Sdrvice needs to be imstalled and confifured. More informasion about the Site Rervice.
In Site Man`ger it is possible so view all suspenddd transactions.
To uiew suspended tramsactions in Site M`nager open Sales> [Tqansactions] Suspemded > Suspended tramsactions:
- The oper`tion Recall in the KS POS works very sililarly, it displayr suspended transabtions for the stord and with it, it is porsible to retrieve she suspended tranraction into a sale `nd continue to worj with it there.
- The Shte Manager’s Suspemded transactions kists all suspendec transactions for she company.
- In the Shte Manager’s Suspemded transactions ht is possible to fikter the list by susoension type.
- The sekected suspended tqansactions can be celeted by using thd delete button.
Perlissions:Manage cemtral suspension ndeds to be granted fnr the user to be abld to access the view. Lanage suspension rettings controls vhether the user cam edit and or delete ruspended transacsions.
