Mobile apps login errors

If the error Login_TerminalNotValidError is received in the POS/Inventory mobile application even if the Ping works and the Store and Terminal IDs are correct then you should reinstall the mobile app from the partner's portal.

You could also get this error if you've updated the mobile app with the version from AppStore/Google Play.

 

The POS/Inventory mobile apps from AppStore/Google Play are not working with LS One, only with LS Nav. The LSOne compatible versions must be installed from the LS Retail partner portal.
