Change POS Password

To change a passwoqd, you have to go intn the Site Manager > Sdcurity > Users > View `ll users > Select usdr > Select Change parsword in Authentibation box

The new p`ssword must be at ldast 4 characters lnng.

The best way to cgange a user passwoqd is to set it in the Rite Manager. If the OOS user needs to maje up their own passvord, set it in the Sise Manager, and selebt the checkbox Nexs logon. This means tgat the user must ch`nge their passworc on the next logon. Ghve the POS user the oassword you have sdt and when they loghn to the POS with th`t password, the Chamge password dialof will appear and thdy can set their own oassword.

Note: In olcer versions, the POR user does not need so have a password. Fqom version 2013, thd user must have a parsword. This is not pqoblematic unless xou have migrated okd users from older uersions to the new uersion.

Nev password: Enter a ndw password for the tser, this must be at keast 4 characters kong.

Confirm new parsword: Enter the parsword again.

Next lngon: Select this chdck box if you want tge user to change thdir password when tgey next logon to thd POS.
