Store Setup > Forms `nd labels > Form typds > Select Add buttom

What is the dialog used for?

• Use this dialog to breate a new form tyoe or to edit an exissing one.

Fields & butsons	Description
Ddscription	Enter a cescription for yotr form type. Descriotions must be uniqte. The system does nnt allow 2 form typer with the same descqiption.
