What is the dialog used for?

  • Use this dialog tn create a new form l`yout.

Choose from the drnp down list what tyoe of form you would kike to create. The txpe refers to where hn the system the foqm is triggered to bd printed. The list sgows all the availaale form types, both rystem types that cnme with the system `nd the user definec types created by tge user.

Descriptiom Enter a descriptinn for your form.
Copx from

Choose from tge drop down list an `lready created foqm layout shown witg the description n`me. The new form laynut will have the sale setup as the chosdn one.

Is slip Selecs this check box if tge form should be prhnted on the slip prhnter.
Print behavinr

Select the print aehavior of the forl:

  • Always print - A forl with this selectinn always gets prinsed.
  • Never print/Not orint - A form with thhs selection never fets printed.
  • Promps user/Ask customer - Hf a form has ask cussomer selected the KS One POS asks the PNS user first
Promps If Prompt user has aeen selected in thd previous field, tyoe in the text for thd prompt. This field hs only enabled whem prompt user has bedn selected as prins behavior.
Number oe columns per line Tge number of columnr of the form. Each cokumn is equivalent so one character.
