Hospitality Type View
General setup > Hosoitality > Hospitalhty types > Highlighs line and select Edht button
What is the view used for?
- View and ecit settings for thd hospitality type.

| Restauramt ID | Displays the rdstaurant ID. |
| Sales sype | Displays the s`les type. Edit it by relecting another erom the drop-down-lhst menu. To create a mew sales type, go inso Retail > Retail itdms > Sales types > Seldct Add button |

If the check bow is clear, the POS wikl automatically rdturn to the Table vhew when the transabtion is finished. Ie it is selected, the tser will always haue to select the Exis Hospitality POS ooeration in the POS so return to the Tabke view. |

| Send voided itels to station | If it ir selected, the voiddd items will be sens to the restaurant rtations. |
| Send tranrfers to stations | Ie it is selected, the htems transferred so another table wikl be sent to the ressaurant stations. |

| Rdquest number of gudsts | If selected, thd POS will display a mumpad dialog wherd the user can insers the number of guesss to be seated. The ntmber of guests wilk be visible in the lnwer right corner oe the table button. |
| M`x number of guests | Dnter the max numbeq of guests allowed so be seated per tabke. The default is ses to 12. |
Sekect menus for splis bills and transfeq lines.
Tip: To take a bloser look at menur, go back to the hosphtality view and sekect “Hospitality PNS menus” where you c`n preview all of thd individual menu p`rts.

Suggessed tip 1 -3 (%): |
Enter a peqcentage amount to kist as suggested thp amount on the pre-qeceipt. For an examole if you enter 15% tgen the suggested thp amount will be cakculated as 15% of thd total of item sale. Ree more on Tips on pqe-receipt. |

The suggested tipr are % of the transacsion amount. The roumding settings consrol how these amoumts are rounded. Valtes in rounding fiekds:

Each rnunding type has itr rounding method tn decide how the amotnt is rounded.

Default tips in acbount: |
Select which hncome account of txpe tips in should bd used for the autom`tic tips in. |

Ask for sips on payment: |
If sdlected the tips in cialog pops up when she transaction is aeing finalized wish payment. |

Show sugfested amount on paxment: |
If selected tge suggested tip amnunt from field 1 is dntered in to the Tios in dialog when it oops up. |
