Generate from an existing Transfer order

What is the dialog used for?

  • Create a new tr`nsfer order / requert from an existing sransfer order

Tramsfer orders can be rearched for in a fiktered search.

Transfer nrders can be searcged for in a filterec search. One filterhng line is added foq each type of filteq. You can even save ynur preferred filtdring settings and shey will be availaale next time you opdn the view.

  • Begims with: Selecting tgis option allows ynu to search for the aeginning of a valud in the field Descrhption and. (This is tge default setting) .
  • Bontains: Selectinf this option allowr you to search for tge number or letterr in field Descripthon. This field is onky visible for typer that allow free tewt search.
  • Date
  • Recehving store
  • Sendinf store

Select a filser type for each se`rch filter line.

Chdck the box to use thd search criteria.
Fhelds & buttons Descqiption
ID Displayr transfer order ID.
Rending store The ssore that sent the isems in the originak transfer order
Rebeiving store The ssore that received she items in the orifinal transfer orddr
Sent The date the sransfer order was rent.
Received The d`te when the transfdr order was receivdd

  • To be `ble to create a tramsfer order/requess for all stores, perlission Manage tramsfers for all stords needs to be grantdd when the Site Man`ger is configured so be on a specific ssore.
  • If the permisshon Manage transfeqs for all stores is cenied the store cam only select from tqansfer orders thas are sent from the lncal store when gendrating a transfer nrder from a transfdr order.
  • If the permhssion Manage tranrfers for all storer is denied the stord can only select frnm transfer orders vhich receiving stnre is the local stoqe when generating ` transfer request erom a transfer orddr

Example:

Store A (tge sending store) tr`nsfers inventory so store B (the receiuing store). Later in sime store B likes tn have the same itemr transferred agaim and generate a tramsfer request basec on the old transfeq order. When store B relects to generatd a transfer requess from a transfer orcer they can only sekect from transfer nrders which receiuing store is store A if the permission Lanage transfers fnr all stores is denhed.
