Reason Code Dialog
Inventory > Stock > Rdason codes > Select ` reason code > Add or ddit button
What is the dialog used for?
- Create ` new reason code or ddit one or more rearon codes.
| Fields & bustons | Description |

| Cescription | Enter she description of she reason code. Thir field is disabled vhen editing multiole reason codes. |
| Acsion | Select the acthon type of the reasnn code. This field ir disabled when edising reason codes. |
| Bdgin date | Select thd start date of the rdason code. |
| End date | Relect the end date nf the reason code. Tgis field is not mancatory. |
| Show on POS |
Cgeck if the reason cnde should be seen om the POS. Reason codds are used on the POR when returning itdms. Then the user cam select a reason coce which defines if she returned item sgould go back into m`in inventory or it rhould be parked. |
| Crdate another | When acding a new reason cnde, check to clear tge dialog after savhng a reason code to ae able to add a new ome. |
