Button Dialog

What is the dialog used for?
- To enter the button information
Fields & buttons | Description |
---|---|
Key number | Auto incremented identifier for the button |
Description | Description that will be displayed on the button |
Key mapping | The key mapping of that button. Select a key on the keyboard that can be used to trigger the button. |
Button: Clear | Press the button to clear the key mapping from the button |
Operation | The operation that will be triggered when the button is clicked. See list of available operations below. |
Operations

No operation - A button with no operation has no functionality

Bump - Marks the selected line/chit as done for this kitchen station. This removes the chit/line

End - Moves the focus to the last available line/chit on the station, the last screen.

Home - Moves the focus to the first line/chit on the station, the first screen.

Mark - Mark the chit or line with certain color.

Next - Moves the focus to the next line/chit in the list of orders

Next screen - When the screen is filled with orders this button can page one page at a time forward

Previous - Moves the focus to the previous line/chit in the list of orders

Previous screen - When the screen is filled with orders this button can page one page at a time backwards

Recall bump - Recalls the last bumped line/chit

Rush - Markes the selected line/chit as a rush order which will be moved to the top of the screen.

Select/bump - Bump the first chit or line on the screen.

Select/start - Start the first chit or line on the screen.

Start - Used to show that cooking an item has started. The style of the item is changed on all display stations where it appears.
This operation only works on Line Displays, but if the item appears on chit displays, the item style will change. -
Transfer - Transfers the selected line/chit to another display station. This display station needs to be configured in the Display station setup
