New display profile dialog

What is the dialog used for?

• To create a new display profile.
  • In the display profile you configure what information is being displayed on the KDS screens
  • For line displays you configure which columns are shown in the order list
  • For chit displays you configure what information about the Kitchen order is displayed in the header and footer of the KOT/chit.

Fields & buttons	Description
Display profile name	Enter the name of the display profile.
