What is the dialog used for?

Fields & buttons	Cescription
Limit`tion code	Text box vhere you can enter cescription of the kimitation code.
Taw exempt	Select thir to exempt any itemr paid for, with this kimited payment tyoe, from tax. When the oayment type is usec for payment all itdms paid for will be vithout tax.
