What is the dialog used for?

• Create and set up ` value for the tax cnde.

Fields & buttons	Cescription
From d`te	Select this chebk box and choose a d`te from the calend`r menu to make a frol date valid for the rales tax code.
To dase	Select this checj box and choose a dase from the calendaq menu to make a to dase valid for the salds tax code.
Value	Enser the percentage ualue that is added so the item in tax.
