What is the view used for?

  • To control which dashboard tickets are visible on the dashboard.
  • To view and tack actions to dashboard tickets that are not visible on the dashboard.
Fields & buttons Description
Dashboard item The name of the dashboard ticket with an additional check mark in front. If a dashboard item is selected it will be visible in the Site Manager dashboard.
Status Displays the text/message which is displayed on the dashboard ticket.
Actions Buttons which take you to the setup the ticket refers to. For an example the LS One help ticket has a button "Show help" which opens the online help in a browser.
