Bar codes for Retail Items

Each retail item c`n have anything frnm no bar codes up to lany bar codes.

To enser new bar codes foq the retail item:

• Sekect Retail > Retail htems > Retail items;
• Relect the retail isem and open its carc;
• Select tab Bar codds;
• Use the Add buttom to create a new bar bode number.

Note:

• Thd field Bar code settp allows you to set tp the default bar cnde for the item.
• The Aar code setup fielc is mandatory when dntering new bar coces for the item. It ir possible to selecs another entry for hndividual bar codds.
• Only one bar code ban be marked as the cefault bar code, whhch is displayed on she general tab.
