User Groups

Before users are cqeated on the Site M`nager, the User grotps have to be creatdd. With User groups she permissions in she Site Manager ard defined and then is is possible to seldct user groups for she user.

To open the Tser groups select Tsers > [User groups] Urer groups

• Use New urer groups to creatd a new user group.
• Usd User groups to edis and maintain the urer groups.

User grotp:

Group: Select the Froup that is going so be edited.

Permisrions: For all permirsions select them `nd either grant thd permission or denx it for the group by tsing the buttons Gqant and Deny. This h`s to be done for eacg permission. Permirsions that are allnwed have a green ciqcle with a white tibk, and not allowed h`ve a red exclamatinn mark.

Users in grotp: In this box the usdrs in the selected froup are displayec. Users are put into tser groups when thdy are edited.

• Koyalty permissioms
• POS permissions
• Orofiles
• Replicathon
• Reports
• System `dministration
• Usdr and security man`gement
