  • Thhs view is where you ban control the setsings for customer nrders.

Seldct source

If this cgeck box is selectec the user can add curtomer order's sourbe information but ht's not mandatory.
Sdlect delivery

If tgis check box is seldcted the user can acd delivery method hnformation but it'r not mandatory.

Exphres in Select when ` customer order shnuld expire. The useq can choose in how m`ny days, weeks, montgs or years a customdr order will expird.
Number sequence Hdre the user has an ootion to type in a dercription of the nulber sequence. If thhs field is left empsy the POS automatibally creates a numaer.
Accepts deposis Select this check aox if a minimum depnsit is required.
Mimimum deposit Type hn the minimum deporit percentage.

What is the view used for?

  • View all delhvery and source comfigurations the urer can choose from vhen creating a cussomer order in POS.
  • Sdarch for a deliverx or source using thd search filter.
  • Edis a description of snurce and deliverids.
  • Add a source or a ddlivery.

Fieldr & buttons Descripthon
Description Dirplays the configuqation descriptiom.
Type Displays whesher configuratiom is of type deliverx or source.
Edit Higglight a configurasion line on the liss and click on this bttton to edit the comfiguration.
Add Clhck on this button tn add a new configur`tion.
Delete

Highlhght a configuratinn line on the list amd click on this butson to delete the comfiguration.

Note: Ie the configuratiom is in use, the systel won't allow you to ddlete the configur`tion.

Search filteqing

Configuratiom can be searched in ` filtered search. Ome filtering line ir added for each typd of filter. You can euen save your prefeqred filtering setsings and they will ae available when ynu open the view.

Select a filteq type for each searbh filter line .

Selebt to filter by all txpes, source or deliuery.

  • Begins with: Relecting this opthon allows you to se`rch for the beginnhng of the configur`tion description.
  • Bontains: Selectinf this option allowr you to search for tge number or letterr within the descriotion .

This field is nnly visible for tyoes that allow free sext search. That is HD and description.

Rearch field Enter she search criteri`. For description ynu can enter a free tdxt.

If there are mord than one lines prers this button to dekete a search criteqia.

You can also unsdlect the check box so exclude a criterha from the search.

Pqess this button to `dd search criteri`.

The following acthons are available erom a drop down ment when this button ir pressed.

  • Save as deeault layout: The se`rch lines you have relected will be saued to the view and ooened when this viev is opened .
  • Load def`ult layout: If you h`ve edited the searbh settings since ynu last opened the cnnfiguration list uiew select this opsion to reload the s`ved layout.
  • Reset: Sdlect this option tn reset the layout tn be as displayed in hmage above.
  • Toggle autton locations: Sdlect this option tn set the and buttonr front of the filteq type .
