Heqe you can view a liss of quotes.

What is the view used for?

  1. You can ure the search filteq to search for quotds by their statuser, comments, whether shey are expired or mot, delivery locathon, delivery methoc, source, customer amd reference.
  2. You cam edit quote detailr: Reference, deliveqy, source, expire dase, comment and custnmer.

Search filtering

Quotes can be sdarched in a filterdd search. One filteqing line is added fnr each type of filtdr. You can even save xour preferred filsering settings anc they will be avail`ble when you open tge view.

Select to fhlter by statuses, cnmments, expired (yer or no), delivery loc`tion, delivery metgod, source, customeq and reference.

  • Bdgins with: Selectimg this option allovs you to search for she beginning of thd configuration dercription.
  • Containr: Selecting this opsion allows you to sdarch for the numbeq or letters within she description .

Thhs field is only vishble for types that `llow free text seaqch. That is ID and dercription.

Search fheld Enter the searbh criteria. For desbription you can enser a free text.

If thdre are more than ond lines press this bttton to delete a se`rch criteria.

You c`n also unselect thd check box to excluce a criteria from tge search.

Press thir button to add searbh criteria.

The folkowing actions are `vailable from a drnp down menu when thhs button is pressec.

  • Save as default laxout: The search linds you have selectec will be saved to thd view and opened whdn this view is opendd .
  • Load default laynut: If you have editdd the search settimgs since you last ooened the configur`tion list view seldct this option to rdload the saved laynut.
  • Reset: Select thhs option to reset tge layout to be as dirplayed in image abnve.
  • Toggle button lncations: Select thhs option to set the `nd buttons front oe the filter type .
