What is the dialog used for?

  • Create a new purchase order generated from a purchase order that has previously been created.

Purchase orders can be searched for in a filtered search.

Purchase orders can be searched for in a filtered search. One filtering line is added for each type of filter. You can even save your preferred filtering settings and they will be available next time you open the view.

 
Fields & buttons Description
Status Selecting this options allows you to search for orders that are either Open which is the default setting, Closed, Partially received, Placed or All.
  • Creation date
  • Delivery date
  • Vendor
  • Store

Select a filter type for each search filter line.

Check the box to use the search criteria.
Description
  • Begins with: Selecting this option allows you to search for the beginning of a value in the field Description and. (This is the default setting) .
  • Contains: Selecting this option allows you to search for the number or letters in field Description. This field is only visible for types that allow free text search.
Fields & buttons Description
Purchase order ID Displays purchase order ID.
Store Displays store description.
Vendor Displays vendor description.
Description Displays purchase order description.
Status Displays status of description.
Created Displays date when purchase order was created.
Delivered Displays date when purchase order was delivered.
Button:
Next		 Click this button to review and edit the settings for the new purchase order before it is created.

Note! To be able to create a purchase order for all stores, permission Manage Purchase orders for all stores needs to be granted when the Site Manager is configured to be on a specific store.
