What is the dialog used for?

• Create a new purchase order.

Fields & buttons	Description
Description	Enter a description of the purchase order.
Store	Choose a store from the list.
Vendor	Select vendor from list.
Currency	Select currency from list.
Discount percentage	Enter a discount percentage.
Discount amount	Enter a discount amount.
Ordering date	Select the ordering date.
Delivery date	Select the delivery date.
